I offer customized one-on-one evaluation and treatment sessions based on a fusion of different physical therapy and rehabilitative approaches with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and movement re-education. I will always do my best to help you any way I can, even if it means referring you to a provider I feel could help you more with your care plan.
Visits are by appointment only. No walk ins available.
Each visit is $160.00 due at the time of service.
I accept cash, check, all major credit cards as well as FSA & HSA cards.
I do NOT accept insurance at all, including Medicare. Receipts may be provided for direct reimbursement after each visit.
